Payment Options

‣ Pay securely via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, PayPal, or other supported gateways.
‣ Full payment is required at the time of order.
‣ A confirmation email will be sent once your payment is processed.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
‣ Available for select products and pin codes.
‣ A non-refundable advance of [insert % or fixed amount] may be required for customised or personalised items.
‣ Remaining amount is payable in cash at the time of delivery.
Note: COD is not available for digital downloads or fully customised designs.

Custom Orders & Advance Payments
‣ For personalised invitations and the like, we require:
• A 50% advance payment to begin the design process.
• Final payment before printing and shipping.
• This helps us ensure your designs are handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Payment Terms & Timelines
‣ Orders are processed only after payment (or advance) is received.
‣ Online payments typically reflect within 24 hours.
‣ Payment delays may lead to processing and shipping delays.

Cancellations & Refunds
‣ Due to the customised nature of our products:
‣ Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production begins.
‣ If you wish to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us. Refunds will be considered only if production hasn’t started.
