Refund & Exchange Policy – The Design House
We at The Design House take great care in crafting personalised experiences and curated designs for every customer. While we strive for perfection, we understand that there may be instances where you may wish to request an exchange. Please review our policy below to understand eligibility:
Exchange Eligibility Criteria:

Stationery Products/Invitations:
These items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product received has a manufacturing defect or has arrived damaged. In such cases, we request you to photograph the defect/damage immediately upon opening the package and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Customised Products & Special Orders:
All custom-made designs, personalised stationery, wedding invitations, and bulk orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Discounted Items & Sale Purchases:
Products bought during any sale, promotion, or with a discount applied are not eligible for return or exchange.

If Your Order is Eligible for Exchange:
Should your purchase meet the criteria for an exchange, we will be happy to offer a replacement or an alternate product of equal value.
In rare cases where an exchange is not possible, a credit note may be issued at the discretion of The Design House. This credit note will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue; redeemable online and at any of our physical locations across India.
We reserve the right to assess all exchange requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and uphold the quality of our service.
